Concession/Volunteer Information:

We always need help working the Concession Stand at the football stadium. It really is fun believe it or not!

If the band didn't have the money coming in from the concession stand we would not be able to afford to help

the kids with various expense's associated with running the band every year.

Concessions Instructions 09-10;

First let me say a BIG THANK YOU to all of you for volunteering to work concessions. 

I am in the process of putting a schedule together for this season. Below you will find a list of dates for the Varisty Football home games. Please note all games in September will be away games. 

Please  let me know which dates you will be working. I will be sending another e-mail with the middle school, freshman and JV dates. I do not have those dates for the home games at this time.

INSTRUCTIONS:

The band concession stand is the one to the left of the entry gate at the High School Football Stadium (Tommy Briggs Field).

There is a gate  just past the ticket booth, (directly behind the concession stand) for the volunteers to enter.

Please see Michelle Masri at the concession stand at approximately 6:00 - 6:30 pm  that evening. When you volunteer we are counting on you to be there!
Also, be sure to bring a hat, or hair (net) restraint. Health Code requires that hair be properly restrained in a food preparation area.

Remaining Home Games on Friday nights!  Oct 2nd; Oct 9th; Oct 23rd; Nov 6th. Please email the above address to volunteer.

For the 2009-2010 school year - Please be sure to submit

a volunteer application so you can help with the Band!  We

need a lot of parent volunteers!!

To volunteer, a background check must filled out.    Please note there is an expiration date!!  Apply after July 1st!  click on the link below.

The Volunteer Chair will need a copy of that page and your final page for our records.
